Whenever I hibernate my computer and turn it back on, OBS uses 20-30 more CPU% then it usually does. For clarity my OBS setup is a monitor capture and a replay buffer
I have a similar issue but with RAM. I use it for instant replays of the main monitor so the replay buffer is on 24/7 and after a long time in hibernation it goes wild on RAM.
