OBS preview freezing.

So as the title states the OBS preview freezes but doesn't fully crash. I can recreate the scenario everytime but I'm trying to figure out how to fix this annoying issue. I've fully uninstalled and reinstalled, checked multiple GPU drivers to rule that out. Anyone else had this issue or have a potential fix?

Why didn't you just use forum search?

You can disable VRR in Windows settings, that prgmitchell advices somewhere in first post, but viewers will see stutter in some games, that you not see
I still disabling MPO - no issues and smooth video for me and my viewers, unlike enabled MPO + disabled Windows VRR
I still having issues even with globally disabled G-Sync/VRR in OS and/or display settings
