OBS producing videos that are borked on Discord (mobile)

My main usage of OBS has been for clipping my games via replay buffer, but whenever I post the clips onto Discord to show my friends, they act weirdly on mobile; the desktop version of Discord can playback the clips normally while on mobile it gets frozen on the first frame while continuing to play its audio.

I have tested with a different "recording software" (AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition built-in recording) and that works just fine when I shared it to a friend.

I honestly have no clue what could be happening, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently the clip recorded with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition didn't work for one friend but did for another...
