Ridiculous not showing up

So I just downloaded the free version of Midiculous 4 and I am having trouble seeing it in OBS. When I go to the + under sources, I select deprecated than window capture. I then label the small sub window, "midiculous" and hit OK. Once the large window comes up, for the drop-down menu, the only thing that says the word midiculous reads as follows, [OBS Studio] properties for 'midiculous.' I have uninstalled and reinstalled both midiculous and OBS and I am still getting the same result. Anyone have any ideas? TIA

Did you ever get a fix for this. In the same boat today and cannot find a fix.

I THINK I GOT IT

Grant Permissions to OBS (Mac Specific)
  1. System Settings: Go to Apple Menu > System Settings (or Preferences).
  2. Privacy & Security: Navigate to Privacy & Security > Screen Recording.
  3. Enable OBS: Make sure the toggle switch next to OBS Studio is turned On (enabled). *** It will complain that OBS might not be able to record, just ignore this]
  4. Restart OBS: Quit and relaunch OBS Studio.
