Using OBS studio to record browser window that wouldn't be in focus

Is this possible? I need to record a stream on a browser while I'd have Sublime Text in focus and/or other browser to get work done.

A setup using modified Brave/Window capture worked for a short while, but stopped working week ago.

Would one of those dummy monitor HDMI plugs be a viable solution.

Thanks for reading through this. I'd appreciate any help.
