Any suggestions for how to detect if notepad++ has focus? It insists on putting the entire filepath of the open file before the "Notepad++" in the title and no amount of regex suggestions from google like .*Notepad\+\+ seem to work.

I can put in the current full window title and that works if I have that specific tab open in notepad++ but that means I can't swap to any of the other 20 tabs in it. I can't figure out how to make it check for an executable name if possible.

I can reduce the window title to just "[filename] - Notepad++" but even that doesn't work with the regex so it's not a problem with a window title that is too long

I assume you've tried .*Notepad\+\+.* and .*Notepad.*? The second might catch some other things too, but if you don't have any of those, then it's fine.
I'm about to have an aneurysm I spent so long on something that should have been so simple last night. Now it's working and unless it was an actual bug that needed a reboot to fix I have to assume I kept adding a space at the start as it's the only thing that's making the behaviour from last night happen.

Both of your suggestions and mine are working now even with the huge full filepath names in Notepad++ after relaunching obs and notepad++. Thank you for your help, apparently the good vibes fixed it.

Hi, I may or may not have said that I had issues with Asc and might have posted it, but I tried your update and it works. The old behavior froze obs at start up. I would delete it and obs worked again. This fix leaves me puzzled though. It did freeze at start up today, so I tried safe mode to see if it was Asc. I did safe mode once or twice then Advanced Scene Switcher works. Thanks!

Is there a way to have this control your mouse? Ideally it is like autohotkey with button clicks and coordinates, but prefer to keep it in this program.

My use case is, I have 1-4 streamers in a discord channel at once, and once someone dies, I would like to switch to another player quickly - but I know if I can set a macro up in ASS, I can have my bot look for a twitch channel command like "!switch1" and it will go and control my mouse, click the proper sequence to then swap to another player and make it full screen.

It would let me go AFK from the stream a bit easier knowing that people can swap to other players while I am gone.

Thank you as usual for this amazing tool.

Unfortunately, the plugin does not support that currently.
Maybe you could use the "Hotkey" action instead?
